Invoices & Payments

Learn how to access your invoices and understand our payment process through Stripe.

Accessing Your Invoices

All your invoices are available in the Billing section of your account dashboard. Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Billing period
  • Plan details and charges
  • Payment status
  • Transaction ID

Payment Methods

We support the following secure payment methods through Stripe:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank Transfer (for select plans)

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Bank Transfer Process

For bank transfer payments:

  1. Select bank transfer during checkout
  2. Receive bank account details from Stripe
  3. Complete the transfer within 5 business days
  4. Your subscription activates upon payment confirmation

Billing Issues

If you encounter any billing issues:

  • Check your payment was successfully processed by Stripe
  • Verify your card has sufficient funds
  • Contact our support team for assistance
  • Review the transaction in your Stripe payment receipt

Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription directly through your account dashboard:

  • View current subscription status
  • Access payment history
  • Download invoices
  • Cancel subscription

Note: Canceling your subscription will maintain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
